OHL rights trade possible bug

I'm currently in my 2nd season playing as the Sudbury Wolves in the OHL.

I drafted a goalie in the CHL import draft (2nd round). He was also a 4th round NHL draft pick of Vegas. As they signed him to a contract, he was assigned to the Wolves for the season.

I had another good goalie in place, so I decided to trade him for a forward. Because I did not have him under contract, I traded his rights to Barrie.

After the trade was completed, I got the new player from Barrie, but my goalie was still on my active roster and never moved to Barrie. Now as I neither have him under contract or have his rights, I can't do anything with the player. Can't send him to the NOJHL, release him or offer him a contract.

It's kind of cheating if I keep him, so I may go into admin mode and have Vegas call him up and then send him back down to the Juniors so he goes to Barrie. But is that a bug?

Yeah, sounds like we fixed the issue when you're acquiring a player with an NHL contract, but it's still broken from the other side when you trade him away. We'll take a look.
