OOTP 20 Not Displaying properly with Windows 10

Just switched my laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and there is a band across the top of every screen that blocks out the commands at the top of the page. On my team home page I cannot access the search for player feature or anything else on that top row. Has anyone else experienced this and found a fix/

Sounds more like some kind of screen or resolution issue than a Windows 10 issue. Have you tried changing the game's resolution? Have a 4K monitor?

Also, fair warning, I'm not a computer expert, so take my post with a grain of salt
