Tournament Ideas

In my OOTP world, I currently run 3 tournaments. I have a World Cup, a regional tournament ( like the Euros, Copa America, etc) and a yearly association playoffs. I have room for one more tournament. I was wondering what were some tournaments you all run in your games so that I can use them as inspiration.

Association Playoffs typically mean that he has multiple leagues that he has grouped together into an association and has a playoff between champions (or the top X) from each league at the end of the season.

This is correct, I have several leagues and the champions face each other in a playoff.
