Pack problem

I got a 5K package for my Diamond team D392. When I went to open it it gave me a windows error and crashed to the desktop.

It shows the 5K transaction in the history but I never got my cards.

I know there was a Ruth or a Cobb in that pack!!

How can I get my pack?

Later I purchased a 1K pack and it worked fine, but I want my 5K!!

Your transaction history will show the pack contents.

Can you post a screenshot that shows the pack purchase? Does the pack still show as unopened on your login screen?

Ok, my mistake, the trans history does not show the pack contents. Sorry for misleading you. The screenshot does show that the pack is not sitting there unopened.

The cards could be in your inactive list. Have you checked the "manage cards" screen to see if you have an inactive gold player that you don't recognize as being on your team before?

Yes I did.... it crashed to the desktop when I clicked on the package to open it.

When the game crashed, it likely opened the packs for you and the contents would be on your reserve or inactive roster.

If you want to PM me with the approximate time this happened, I can look into it for you

The time is shown on the transaction history above.

It was at 5:47pm on the 7th.. as shown in my screen shot...

I know I did not get any as I had no Gold cards in my reserve. And I still do not.

The card would not be in your reserve roster if the game crashed while opening a pack; it would be in your inactive cards. When looking at your roster management screen, you have to click on "manage inactive cards" in the upper right corner.

I looked there.. it is not there.. I got NO cards!
