What exactly does "Build a Dynasty" mean?

Anyone know what constitutes a dynasty? My owner wants me to build a dynasty, but what does that actually mean? A certain number of League Championships over a certain time frame? World Series wins?

I've gotten it completed when my team wins 3 championships within 5 years.
