Rivalries Question

Is it possible to edit these or do they evolve over time?

I moved Florida to Quebec, they have no main rival and show Tampa Bay as a potential.

I would like to make Montreal their main rival and Ottawa a potential.

Not possible to edit them in at the moment, although I don't think that would be too difficult to add.

Playoff matchups have a big influence. I looked before the start of the playoffs, which teams had rivalries. No teams had any. After the first round, several teams, but not all, did develop rivalries.

Playoff series and games with a very high number of penalty minutes (70+) are the main ways new ones will get created.
