Opener / Followers ...etc?

For openers and followers -- should their position be SP or RP -- which impacts they ratings. Just confused what position they should be.

Neither.
Go to your Teams pitching screen, on the bottom portion of the screen. Right click on pitchers name choose Game Strategy and select opener or follower. Make sure you have a follower or each opener you select.

Also it doesn't actually matter what position they're set as, it matters what position they're used at. Generally speaking, I like to set openers as relievers and followers as starters, since those would be the actual ratings and fatigue used in-game for them.
