Need help identifying a logo

I've had a logo for an online league for a while now, and I have a chance to get it made into a hat for the hell of it but I don't want to run the very slight risk of anybody getting sued over reproducing someone else's artwork. I need to find the original version of this logo (I modified it a bit, changed colors around) so we can take it from there and find out if royalties would need to be paid (in which case, screw it).

If anyone can identify where this graphic came from, I'd be very very grateful.

Edited to add - I searched through the baseball logos over on logoserver.com but didn't see it. I obviously could have missed it, but I'm not sure.

I tried a Google image search on a hunch and it found http://www.cincinnatidockers.com/news_2001.cfm.
