jdw All Star Starter Join Date: Nov 2003 Posts: 1,161	Historical League - Base Current Ratings on... Had not played for a while. Upgraded to 19.14.136. Started a new historical league. The option to "Base Current Ratings on..." is not showing up in Step 1 of the Historical League Creation Window. I've selected the historical_database.odb file in the default OOTP 19\stats folder. Did this function get moved somewhere? I really prefer to set to Neutralized Stats to avoid Fenway or Wrigley hitters getting juiced ratings, or Dodger Stadium hitters getting whacked.
