I had been working on getting that Diamond Mission. I had 8 of the 10 needed and I could not afford to get the last two players or they were not available. Do during last season I was in a race to make the WS and I started tweaking my team during the last 20 games... I had to free up some PP so I started selling the players on the reserve. I sold all 8 players that I had. I think that it should warn you that he is a mission player. Of even give a symbol showing that he is. Maybe a "^" next to his name.

Anyone else agree? Maybe we can get the big guy to program it in!

No. Sooner or later (almost) every card will be a mission card. if this game gives me one more repetitive, unnecessary pop-up I'm gonna scream.

Also, at some point should we not be responsible for knowing what we are selling? Making a mistake once, ok, making it 8 times is a row? Uhh...

I don't consider this to be unnecessary as I wasted a whole lot of team buy those players just to lose them.

So? Look at the damn cards before you sell them and stop making your shortsightedness other people's problem.

You didn't "lose" them, you received the market value in points for them (minus 10%) which means you can buy them again. It's just a couple cards.

I can buy them again, if they become available again. I guess when I am working on a mission I will have to write down all the players names that I do not want to get rid of.

I also don't want another pop up to come up. However, I wouldn't mind somewhere on the card where it would say which collection the card is a part of. There's plenty of room in all the different tabs to add that in.
Can I track manually all of the cards for all the collections ? Sure I can. But is it 1981 ? It's not. It's 2019, there is no reason why making it easier on the customer to track those type of things should be met with vitriol.

This game has never been optimized for collecting. I hope it continues to move in this direction, but it still has a very, very long way to go. Suggestions such as those offered here, at least in some form that made sense for everyone, would be welcomed additions.

Keep players that you need for missions in your active reserves, make players that you don't need for missions inactive, problem solved
