Help posting a QS on here

Hi..im trying to post up a link for a QS that ive had requests for...i have a mac and cannot figure out how to do this. The dropbox option isnt working either. can somebody give me a step by step way to do this please?

Have you tried Google Drive or Mediafire? I've seen a lot of folks linking with those.
