Lost OOTP20

When I downloaded the new patch (7/30/19) for OOTP20, it wiped out my game, asked for my license key, and then rejected the key from my purchase. Now I do not have access to OOTP20. What can I do?

Is it possible you downloaded the wrong patch? OOTP changed license servers recently, so there should be a, ‘eSellerate’ link and a ‘Fastspring’ link, depending on when you bought it.

I bought the game during the pre-season sale and thought I had downloaded the right patch. I tried again and this time I made sure I downloaded the right patch. Everything went fine and I got my game back. Thanks for the suggestion of reloading.
