Scouting Director Hiring ??

How can I hire and fire a Scouting Director. The manual seems out of date (there is no scouting link from the Front Office tab). Also, I dont see Scouting Director as a position of the Personnel tab.

When you go to personnel, scout is one of the options from the drop down.

Head Scout is the same, they are all referred to as "Scout"

you need to have allow scouting box checked . not at my game, but it's in the settings somewhere.

I play with scouting off and there are still scouts available in the Personnel section.
