Trainer Skills

What skills are important for a trainer. Only the “Trainer Skill?” Or is there another important skill for trainers?

Motivation as well, but to a much lesser degree than the trainer skill.

I always look for a high player management level, not sure how important is though, but just in case having a good room always helps.
