Draft Pool Issue
So I started a new MLB Quickstart and because I like to have consistent draft pools, I modify them to remove the real players coded into the draft pools. To do this, I delete all of the players in the original draft pool when it is announced and then have the game recreate a draft pool again five days later. My issue is that the new draft pools seem way too talented. I have done this now multiple times and get the same issue. Is there a way to tone down the players created? Attached are photos of the top of the original pool draft pool and then the new created one for reference.

After playing around with the Traditional PCMs, I have gotten closer to a reasonable draft pool. I lowered all hitter ratings to .950 and all pitcher ratings to .850. Will this cause any problems for my league going forward if I never autofill rosters?

Best way to experiment with something like this is just to make a copy of the league, then sim 25-50 years into the future and see if you're happy with the talent levels at that point in time. If not, tweak the PCM's and try again until you are.
