Non-sticking view of stats by level, league, or team

Apologies if this is already posted somewhere. I've searched, but not found. Also, not attaching a league file at the moment, as this is easily repeated in any league and I'm going to give step-by-steps, but will do so if it's really necessary.

This is a rather specific problem with players stats at a level other than the one at which they're currently playing. As soon as you promote or demote a player the view resets to the current level.

To wit: go to a AA team, either the pitching or hitting tab, choose to view stats for those players in AAA. Promote the best guy, bam, the view resets back to AA stats. Set it back to AAA and promote the next best guy, it resets again.

Similarly, go to a high-A team and set it to only see stats for the high-A league instead of the level (because A and high-A are in the same grouping in the database, thus you are by default seeing those two combined). Promote a guy to AA, and it resets the view.

I am assuming this is not by design.
