my Perfect Team card went missing
An auction for Joe Ferguson ended without the card being sold. The card did not come back to me and appears to have vanished. I tried finding it via "Manage Cards." I also tried restarting. Neither helped.

Are you sure he's not on the in-active roster?

He is not on the active roster. Now that I think about it, it could be that he was sold but no indication that he was sold is showing up in my transaction history. I say this because the last several gold players I sold did not show up as sold. I may have sold him and forgot about it but I should still be told this in the transaction history. At least I assume that I should see a message to this effect.

I'm typing on phone so please forgive typo.
On the roster tab there is a button for the inactive roster or deactivated cards. When a card doesn't sell it usually shows up there. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

I checked that and he is not there. It could be that I did an auto sell after the action ended and forgot about it. What is confusing me is that I think I should have a note telling me that this happen in my transaction history. I meant "Your Auctions" and not transaction history. I also should have typed "Sold Now" and not auto sell. Last edited by MorrisButtermaker; 05-20-2019 at 10:14 PM. |

Check the Transaction Log - that will show if you auto-sold the card.

If it's not in the transaction log then I will say you still have the card somewhere. If you had a spot open on your Active Roster when the auction ended, it's possible he was placed on the Active Roster (maybe? I know this occurs when I activate a card with an open spot). If he's not on the Inactive list and not on the Reserve Roster and not on the Active Roster then... I would keep asking until one of the devs chimes in. They are able to look at logs to see what transpired.

Just to be sure, you didn't have any filters on when you went to manage your inactive cards, right? I've done that and thought I had a card missing, but it turned out that I had a filter on.

It is technically impossible that a card got lost. It is either sold (which will show it on the transaction log) or still on your roster somewhere.
