Switching from OSA ratings to Head Scout

I'm getting what seems to be random switching from Head Scout to OSA ratings. I'm sure I haven't changed it and yet I'll be in the middle of a trade, or worse after a trade, and I notice that somehow the scouting mode has changed. Anyone else getting this?

It was just happening to me when I reached the rule 5 draft. Not sure if that is on purpose.

He will always change from Head Scout to OSA when you enter the profile of a retired player.

I think it might be a bug -- that happens to me too. I thought maybe my scout left and I forgot about it, but no, the view just switched on me.

Haven't looked at the profile of a retired player or done anything else other than routine stuff and it's happened twice in the last 5 minutes.
