Turn off pop up interruption message for Minor League IL

Hi there,

Been away from OOTP for a few years. Happy to be back but need some guidance that the online help form has not guided me on.

I have my minor league rosters and promotions set for the AI to do it for me. It automatically manages the rosters and sends people to the IL as needed. But, every single time someone on the minor league IL is ready to come back, it stops my "PLAY UNTIL X DATE" simulation with a pop up message stating they are ready to come off the IL.

With the AI handling all facets of the minor league rosters, I don't care to be notified when someone in A ball is all better. How do I disable this interruption message?

it's in same area as where you delegate -- manager office. one of the tabs there controls what messaages interrupt simulation.

the one right of 'manager options' ? I forget label

if you can, it is there.

Nope. That didn't do it. I went:

Manager's office
then News and mail

Had it on NEWS FROM MY ENTIRE ORGANIZATION. And changed it to just NEWS FROM MY TEAM ONLY. I only have the checkboxes for: Contract News, Major Awards, Trades and transactions, Special Accomplishments, and News Involving Shortlisted Players.

It is still interrupting every day to two days to let me know someone in the minors is ready to come off the IL.

On the MANAGER OPTIONS, bottom right of the screen, there are some "EXIT AUTO PLAY" items.

I don't want to uncheck the box for "When a player is eligible to come off the IL" as I might have some on the big league roster to remind me. I suppose I'll just uncheck that and pay attention to my IL a bit closer.

uncheck 'when a player is eligible to come off the IL' and if you are in control of your team and not the AI, it will not let you progress for major league IL.

some limitations in those settings, unfortunately. a worthwhile suggestion for future versions, imo. split that up by ML/MiL.
