Historical All-Star team Quickstart ...is it possible?

Hi Everyone.

I am wondering if there if a way to use the Historical All Star Teams Quickstart so that everyone is a free agent and a draft can be done?

Or is there a mod that can do this?

I seem to have figured out how to release and set up a draft.

Now I can't seem to make trades. lol
