OPS+ not calculating properly?

I've been keeping tabs on my minor leaguers, and for two of my top prospects in AA ball, they have OPS's in the mid .750's but have a 125 OPS+. Now, yeah, in pitcher friendly leagues (like the Midwest league), lower OPS's could be better than you'd expect, but .750 being 25% above average? Am I missing something here?

it normalizes for park factors. could be it.

did you look up the average ops of the league? you may need to autocalulate the modifiers, if it's too low on the offense side (or pitching for that matter). can only do that before season starts.. preferably closer to opening day when rosters are setup by AI.
