Live Update - W/ Current injuries

I was under the impression that when i start a new game with live update that injuries, suspensions etc would be up-to date?

This does not seem to be happening?

Am I under the wrong impression or am I starting my league incorrectly.

Edit: I see the injuries load if you start the game using Custom League.

I noticed this as well. In addition, fielding stats aren't included which is mildly annoying to me.
