Can't Download Update

Never had this issue before - unable to download file using PC Installer link - have tried at home and at work; times out on both networks.

Any help would be appreciated.

It has happened to me a couple times in the past and this may just be a coincidence but it seems to work. Normally takes about 5 minutes for it to download on my machine. I watch the downlowd and if it seems to be stuck on a certain percent for 10 seconds or so, I hit the pause button and wait 7 or 8 seconds and then hit the resume button and everything seems fine.
Does it hang up for you at a certain percent and then times out?
