Start Sept. 2019 instead of Sept. 2018

In a standard game set-up, game starts on Sept.2018, is there any way (with current rosters) to skip on ahead to Sept. 2019 start date?

Only if you start a custom game and set the year to 2019. But for a standard game, no - you'd have to let the league run itself to September 2019.
