Request - All time Negro League Team
By far my favorite aspect of OOTP is starting a league using all time rosters, releasing them, and doing a fantasy draft.
I've used the search function and don't see where an all time Negro League roster has been done, but I suspect it has been at some point in time. To the best of my knowledge, this has not been accomplished yet. It is on my radar and I expect to tackle it upon the successful completion of the re-editing process of the Tnfoto Facepack. Admittedly that is far off in the distance.

I have a partially done NeL roster as part of my Caprail walrus reboot. i have yet to finish the team completely. i have been getting help from Negro League Baseball Museum director Bob Kendrick on Twitter. It's the best 40 players i can find, with his help. Do you want that?

Negro Leagues file
Its a 22 team league with all real Negro League players. 40 man rosters.
Most played for the team/city they are on, although some balancing by adding homeless players. Info gathered from several texts most heavily the SABR Negro Leagues book. Stats adjusted to somewhat MLB equivalent based on further resources and then giving a slight boost. Best thing is you can edit how you like, but the players are as realistic as possible based on information,,,including descriptions. If someone has an easy way for me to get the file out please let me know. I also have a Nippon League file that is very similar  to go with the original Cooperstown one for MLB.Coop Last edited by Cooperstown; 04-02-2019 at 02:50 PM. |

I unzipped to to the QuickStart directory and tried using it. I am getting a message that it needs to be loaded from the server before you can use it. It says to open add-on central and download. I also copied the zip file to the QuickStart folder as well, no luck.

Also when trying to unzip them not all gets Unziped and don't have full version of Winzip nor do not want to pay for full version Zip file.

Would like them to because missing like World.dat and they need to not mess up with History of guys because Nippon one does meaning showning nothing when like Rendon was drafted by Nats.

There's been a few different versions of the Cooperstown file, different ratings at the very least. The other 2 files have never changed since version 14 and before. Or least not that i've noticed. |
