How do I do a fantasy draft in OOTP 20? It was not in the same place as 19.

Still in the same place as the past several versions - League Setup, left hand side.

I've not purchased OOTP in the past, and I'm considering it now. I've read about having an on-line league with friends by using the FTP function within the game, but I wondered about the logistics of beginning an on-line league with friends in various locations who are all participating in a fantasy draft.

How is this done? Is there a way to have everyone on-line and viewing/participating in the draft at once, or do you have to find some workaround (e.g., screen-share software with conference call) to get everyone involved with a draft like that?
