Looking For "Friends" to join "Our League".

Anyone interested in playing Perfect Team 20 our way?

We are a group of PT fans who enjoy playing the same way.

We play for free.

The ONLY PP we use is the PP that is earned from achievements in our games and from selling off any baseball cards that we don't want; we don't buy additional PP to use.

We choose to play and NOT use any baseball cards that are of players from the 2019 Live , 2019 All-Star, Future Legend, 2019 POTM (Player of the Month), or 2019 Team Of The Year cards sets.

That means we only use players that can be found on the following cards:

One-Hit Wonder
Rookie Sensation
All-Time Legend
Historical All-Star
Record-Breaker
Unsung Heroes
Hardware Heroes
***Special Edition***Eligible Card Sets: One Hit Wonder, Legend, Record Breaker, Negro League Stars, All Star (Non 2019), Special Edition, Hardware Heroes
***Special Edition***Not Eligible Card Sets for OL Play: MLB 2019, MLB 2019 All-Stars, & MLB 2019 POTM

If you are interested in playing the way we play, and you agree to not buy any additional PP, and only use players from the card sets listed above, let us know as we'd like for you to join our "Group of Friends".

Also, even if you only play era specific players, you are more than welcome to join up.

For example, if you enjoy playing with all pre 1980 players, or all pre WWII players, then you will easily fit into our "Group of Friends".

Just let us know.

I have 2 teams that can fit this criteria. Right now one is in bronze and the other is in Iron.

I have 3 teams in bronze. I have not spent a cent on PP so far, but I may eventually have one of them be P2P team.

One of my teams is going to be made up of only players from 1951-1970. This team seems suited for your league.

I would love to join this league. I had a team like this in OOTP19. I just started a team tonight with the username stlrs36 named the Asheboro Road Dogs. We are in the entry pool at the moment.

If anyone else is interested, we need to know your PT user name(s).

We are tentatively going to try officially starting up Our Friends League when PT20 Season #2 starts. That should hopefully give everyone a fair chance to edit and setup their teams the proper way.

We will also have to try and sort out who is in which league and try to get everyone in the same League Level.

My FTP team is the Daytona Beach Pickleballers" currently Iron.. I won't spend a dime on this team, however as of now I have "live cards" but thinking of dumping them and adding the other types to your list.. I will probably need a few weeks to do this.. Keep me in mind If you have the room in a few weeks?...Thanks

Ok... really serious about this... I started re editing my team.... Going to go position by position to meet the requirements.. as I accumulate (hopefully!) points this week, I can "divest" myself of all LIVE players.. Lots of great finds in AH.. Just picked up a Paul Deluca for a few hundred.. 98 at catcher..

I don't see an actual friends list but I went into the Perfect Team Universe and Managers & Rankings tab and searched by username. Then you can click add as friend.

We still have a few more guys who are possibly planning on joining us however, RL (real life) has prevented them in posing here.

I will make a master PT user name and team list of everyone in our group, later in the week.

That way everyone can easily make sure that all teams are properly included.

I'm VERY new to Perfect Team, but this sounds like a good fit for me.

Right now, however, my team doesn't fit the no-live-cards rule. It may take me a while to switch things up.

Or would it be best to make a second team? (I have not done that before, do I just log in with a new e-mail addy?)
