Names database extremely overhauled ?

Starting a couple of fictional leagues the names seem hugely different especially with American players from different ethnic backgrounds. Starting a league from 1980 or 1994 with fictionally generated players just is getting very different results this go around.

As far as I'm aware, there has been no change in the names files. The names file in OOTP20 has the same number of names as in OOTP19 - 253,274.
