Seller/Auction Issues?

Is there an email address or particular user on the board to send issues regarding specific auctions to?

Don't want to make this a public issue but really feel this needs to be addressed.

I'll ask in this thread...did I just get scammed in the AH?

I had the winning bid by FAR for a Roger Maris record-breaker, and I was watching the bid clock. With like 3 seconds left on the auction OOTP "experienced and error" and had to automatically shut down. When I re-opened OOTP my PP was back and I didn't have a Maris card.

What gives? I lost an auction just because my game conveniently crashed with 3 seconds left?

Obviously I can't show a screenshot because the game crashed...

Go to your roster and check your inactive cards. He should appear there.

He wasn't there. I could post a screenshot but it would show him on my roster because I went into the AH and used the buy it now on another one. But the inactive one never showed up

Maybe someone outbid you at the last second? At least you got your PP back - either someone outbid you or the game bugged out and gave your PP back.

From the screenshot it looks like he won with a bid of 375, though.

Findest, are you sure you looked at your inactive cards (clicking on the manage inactive cards link) and not just your reserve roster?

Yes, sir/ma'am. I have zero inactive cards. And as I previously stated I have Maris now, but only because I bought another one.

Maybe ripped-off would be better terminology?

Bottom line of my post was that I won the card, I showed proof I won it, and didn't receive the card.

Shafted? Hosed? Made fun of? Not sure what terminology I should use here...hopefully you get my meaning.

Its weird, i see a lot of players listed with BINs way over the last 5, that I would be surprised if they ever sold - yet on the flip side i keep seeing some more expensive cards sitting there with BINs thousands of PP less than last 5 but doesnt look like they are selling.
