This should be a pretty fun request for one of you to fill I think. I am looking for a league banner.

Name: Shagadelic Baseball League
Size: 980 x 100 (height can vary a little either way)

That is really good. I looked into making one but i couldn't find a good background. What program did you use and where did you find that background?

I used Paint Shop Pro 8 and used one of the textures that came with it. Was really pretty easy other than finding a good font.
