Lost New Pack of Perfect Team cards

My team earned over 1,000 perfect points, purchase pack, and when I went to click on open pack... a error message happened, and it said something on the lines check if I am connected to the internet, which I was.

I went to technical support in this forum, and you can't post in that section?! So I need someone from OOTP for help.

I'm sorry, but this really upsets me, and I would like my pack of cards!!!!

Go into your Roster, click Manage Inactive cards. They should be there.

I did that and found my cards. I almost had a heart attack after I pulled a 100 Mookie Betts today and couldn’t find him. I thought I must have dreamed about pulling the card.

Yeah, the game glitches on the packs all the time, but it never seems to actually lose anything. For some reason it just dumps cards into Inactive whenever it glitches.
