OPS+ all 100

I started a new historical sim in 2004 and all players have an OPS+ of 100 for every past year. I did not change any settings in relation to stats nor how ratings are calculated nor weighed. How is this fixed?

I did not import complete league history. ERA+ displays correctly.

After playing the first game of the season, it was fixed.
