I thought maybe I better go play in a whale league to get back to practicing since we will not all be together in 20 but then I thought about it and if you look at my record I never had a problem against them ....It is here where I have the most trouble and have learned the most so all the good experiences and learning to become better is playing against you guys. My sentiment exactly. The other managers in this league have taught me a lot about building a roster and managing the ups and downs of this extremely variable and unpredictable environment. I am confident that I will be a much better player after this experience, and I pity the fools that will come up against my bronze league PT20 Colonels in a couple of months.

My wife just asked me what I would like for our 34th anniversary and I said “A perfect Pedro.” She looked at me weird and said “After all these years you now tell me this ?” I had to explain that Pedro was just a card in the game we play and she then replied with relief “Well you order it and I will get it for you.” I did not have the heart or guts to tell her that it would probably be over 1000 dollars for that card. I think she was already taken back enough for one day with the I want a Pedro in the first place.😉

lol....well, my wife did buy me a 53 Mantle...PSA 1 but it's still a 53 mantle.

Still, that was less than a grand.....but not by alot.
