Help my serial numer is 18 not 19 won't work

I had to reinstall Windows 10 today. I keep my serial numbers in a text file, copy paste and I am good to go. I've had the same number since 18, or atleast that is the one I have saved. The game would not accept the number because it starts with 18 not 19. What can I do to fix this?

Seems like you have the wrong number saved, since license numbers don't work across different versions of OOTP. If you need to recover your OOTP 19 license number, you can find Tech Support info here.
