Teams with no city name

There are a few teams in my BL that have no city
Is there a way to determine the city?

How does PT know what div to put them in .
I assume the user loaded a city weather file??

Division placement is random.

Weather was most likely randomly generated when the team was created.

City Names don't have any bearing on the placement.

I have a team that is from a Game of Thrones location (Winterfell Direwolves)
The second team uses a county name (Macon County Cardinals)
The third team uses a country name (Hungary Hungry Hippos)
