The more I look at it I think it is a new tanking scheme. On the surface the team may look normal. With his hitters doing decently it makes it appear legitimate and he has the required pitchers. But he has sabotaged his staff with this setup allowing him to appear legal at the same time that his pitching strategy makes it extremely difficult to win. I think it is an interesting strategy...quite frankly i am not even sure why it wouldn't work.....its picking the best starter each time.
i am curious how that turns out
