Move from Ootp 17 to Ootp 19 - reliever issues

I just updated a 100 season fantasy league from OOTP17 to OOTP19 and all of sudden the relievers suck.

Here are the stats for the last year of award winning relievers
7-5 8sv 5.16era 45.1ip 62k 1.30whip 0.0war
8-8 36sv 3.84era 65.2ip 1.16whip 0.6war

And here is the history of one of the better relievers in the game

You can see the jump in hr allowed and there is no corresponding jump in HR in the league, the leaders still have in the low 40s for a 162 season. Everything else seems normal, except for the HR allowed for relievers, it is not affecting the starters

Has anyone else had this kind of thing happen to them? Should I let it play out?
