San Juan Senadores Logo Request

Could someone make a logo that says "Senadores" and/or "San Juan" and incorporates the San Juan capital building like in the logo on this sleeve?

I would prefer some combination of red white and blue for the colors. Also, bonus points if someone would be willing to create vintage looking uniforms like the one in the picture.
