Save can not be found

Anyone ever have a problem loading a saved leagued? I click load game and the game won't find the league I have saved? It loads the other league that is saved in the same spot but not my custom league?

Any thoughts?

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully you didn't lose too much work. Make sure to make regular backups (and that statement is true with every piece of data you own that is important to you, not just OOTP).

if there is anything in the Auto-Save directory, copy those contents to the main .lg directory...

if anythign exists in that .lg directory, copy it to safe location just in case... so you can just replace existing files.

hope you didn't delete the league, yet. there's usually 2 copies of things.. unles the game crashes it should be the same... or whatever happened to your .dat files... it would be odd to affect both sets of files on accident.

antivirus programs do weird things like that... more of a security blanket unless you do really skethcy things.. even then probably not much protection.

I checked the auto-save folder and found the .dat files. I did copy them over but ootp still doesn't recognize the save. Any other thoughts? Your auto-save help was great and i know i'm closer.
