After 92-93 games there is only 71/2 games from first to last and everybody is .500 or better. This is a fun division. I just can't wake my starters up.

I’m actually very surprised that I’m this competitive this season. I look around and see all these amazing rosters and I’m running around with a single perfect.

No matter how I end up, I’m very pleased how this is turning up.

Well now is the time I dreaded. My wife’s birthday is tomorrow so we are leaving for Connecticut in a hour and will not be back at the computer until Sunday. I watch all (Or most) of my games and I tweak my team for each series. Through hot and cold streaks of players I adjust. I have made the playoffs every year including the beta and I have always thought it was because I was here that it help me do that. Now I will find out what kind of team I have. I leave with a 5 and a half game lead on the wild card birth. Everett GREAT play has taken away any Division hope I had for this season. He truly was fantastic. I will be taking my IPad so I might be checking in to ask how my team is doing. I am very superstitious so I might not even check until late Saturday night. Good luck to everyone the rest of the way. I hope when I check back On my team Sunday Morning I will Be adjusting it for a playoff run.🤞If I do not talk to any of you until then let me say what a honor it was to play with you all. This was truly one hell of a league and I enjoyed every minute of it. 😁

Your division and the NC wild card are up for grabs. There's a bunch of great teams there, yours included.

Good luck to everybody in the league today. It has been a tough, competitive, fun place to be this week. It has been a struggle for the Frogs as our once dependable starters have floundered.

To my fellow NC Central rivals all I can say is, "WOW!" This has been a heck of a race between a division full of worthy teams. There is not one team in this division that does not belong in Perfect competing with the best of the best. It will not be long before promotion and relegation will have the Perfect Leagues stocked fully like this. Stay tuned for more rage quitters.

Starting pitching has been really hard to understand this season. Dependable guys have struggled, borderline guys went up in flames, aces became fourth starters... but then guys who shouldn't perform did. I got so mad at my staff midway through the season that I put Larry Dierker in the rotation, and he was my best pitcher in June and July.

Great league and lots of fun. Good luck to everybody today!

P.S. I hope the tanker who put his bullpen in his rotation avoids relegation and has to try again next year. Serves them right.

Yup - great fun for sure! EVERY SINGLE TEAM in the NCCentral is above .500. Absolute craziness. I wake up at 345am every day for work so I usually have to hit the rack buy like 8:30 - 9pm at the latest but Ive been up till the last sim the last couple of nights. Needless to say I need some sleep!!

I guess I need to represent for the AC East, where the only team under .500 is Fall River, who forfeited a good part of the season before reinstalling his regular players. Realistically, there are 6 teams in the conference fighting for four spots, separated by 4 games, since the Aqua Sox clinched their division a few months ago. Two from the AC West, three from the AC East, and Rocky Point, who currently leads the WC standings by a game and a half.

There is no doubt that this is a very good league. The teams that get relegated will be ready to let the dogs out on some diamond competition.

My team has been so bad this season and I have been unable to fix it. I am really struggling with how to address it. I think I am in that purgatory between too good for diamond and bottom feeder in perfect. Aside from dumping $500 in the team, I am not sure what to do.

Edit: Just went 0-6 against the AquaSox by a combined score of 59-26. They have a better player at virtually every spot on the 25-man roster. Not sure how to compete with that. I don't think $500 would be nearly enough.

Hmmm, it looks like you've hit that wall I've been talking about.

That is exactly the issue that I've been talking about. Either spend $500 or be in purgatory.

If you can make the playoffs, I feel anything can happen and has.😁

I will say this about the Aqu Sox. This is the greatest team I have ever competed against in the regular season play . TwinsFan has done a brilliant job of coaching this team from getting players to fixing his stadium to their talents. I still think anything can happen in a 7 game playoff series but I will say he is like the 27 Yankees. Great job TwinsFan.
