Just checked on a team to find this achievement credited to my backup infielder, Mark Belanger.

Are there any other achievements that can be somewhat negative?

That one actually isn't. That's a pitching achievement for finishing an inning with the bases loaded, while I believe not giving up a run.

To answer the question, it's pretty much only the Out of a Slump 5 game losing streak one.

I think he means that he got it because his backup infielder had to pitch, and maybe was the only one who could get out of the jam.

By far my most ubiquitous "achievement." I just wish my staff didn't Get 'em Loaded so often.
