Hit and Run (Player Strategy)

When setting the "Hit and Run" slider under player strategy, are you setting the slider for the runner or the hitter?

I think it should be both, because when the AI inserts a backup player to give one of your "hit and run" players a rest day, you may not want to "hit and run" with the substitute. Also, in real life, both players have to get the sign.

I believe the way it is set up is for the batter.

I have no hard evidence for this
