List of hotkeys? And how to customize?

I've searched the forum, the manual, and the web, and I can't find a complete list of hotkeys for OOTP 19. I In particular, I'm interested in hotkeys for navigating the menus; I understand the existing hotkeys for game replays. I'd like to use (and customize) hotkeys for both regular OOTP and Perfect Team. I struggle with RSI, and every year with OOTP I end up playing less because of this issue.

I've read that one can customize F1-F10, but I can't figure out how to do this. These keys don't seem to do anything in my game, except that F3 brings up a help screen.

I've noticed a few hotkeys mentioned by tooltips. E.g., I just saw one on cycling through players using an up/down caret, though it doesn't seem to work on my keyboard. Is there a comprehensive list somewhere?

At the very least, it would be nice to have a hotkey for "back" and "forward." And hotkeys to take us directly to Pitching, to Lineups, to Transactions, etc.

Any help would be appreciated!

F1 is for help. Other F keys you set by going to the page you want pointed to, then selecting Bookmarks, Bookmark this page. A window pops up allowing you to give it a name.

You cannot pick which "F" key, they get assigned in ascending order automatically.
