If I had to guess, I'd say it's throwing back-to-back no hitters like Johnny Vander Meer did in 1938. The WS perfect game would be my 2nd guess. If it's the former, it would be worth 12K since you'd get the 1K for each no hitter as well.

Although any single-season record is, by definition a singular event. A 56-game hitting streak has only happened once, for example.

Oh nice call....I like the Vander Meer accomplishment as being the 10K achievement. It has that 'uniqueness' that sounds right and fits better with Matt's 'clue' that he believes that it has only been done once. (as opposed to any of the single-season records which of course have definitely only been done once)

Question now is...will we ever see it accomplished in PT?

I'm glad I was cryptic. So many great ideas for potential new accomplishments

I'll spoil it now - the highest payout is the 50-game hitting streak. With 200 years of MLB history happening every week, it's actually been happening to someone about twice a week. Maybe it will be you

For the spreadsheet, the "Grand Salami" achievement can happen multiple times in the same year for the same team - had it occur for my team in Bronze 308 over the past week. Different players hit the slams, but both definitely happened in the same OOTP season (one game in May that ran on Tuesday, one game in August that ran last night).
