Is there some reason that the styles file can not be saved and you're forced to keep a copy elsewhere and upload it each time to have customer report styles? Seems ignorant to me.

I've even overwrote the styles.bak and it still reverts.

Can I get some kind of answer from someone in the company? There has to be a way to save your styles sheet.
