What is Difference between peak and all star card

What exactly is the difference between peak card and all star card!!Thanks

A peak card is based on the average of several seasons (I believe it is 5). If you hover over the card in your inventory, it shows the mid-year that the average is based on.

A historical all-star is based on a single season, which is identified on the card.
