chriskelly All Star Reserve Join Date: Oct 2003 Posts: 753	historical setup question I'm having a hard time understanding the setup options for historical leagues, and the differences in ratings, etc, between current day and 1990. is there a good primer or FAQ anywhere? specifically, i'm noticing pitcher ratings for the 1990 historical I created seem very low compared to modern day (individual pitch potential, for example). I set it up using the OOTP engine, potential based on peak seasons.
