Randomly deactivated gold card
At 6:47pm Eastern Time (US) I splurged for a Gold MLB Live James Paxton card for the Buy Now price of 2400. He started three games for me (including one absolutely horrible start) and appears to have been deactivated without my permission with Sonny Gray returned to the active roster despite still showing one simulated day remaining before such a return should have been possible.
Seeing this problem, I tried to put Paxton back on my active roster atop my rotation, but had to move Sonny Gray into my reserves first (again) to clear roster space. Lo and behold, when I try to move Paxton back onto my active roster, it tells me that he can't be activated for another 14 simulated days. I just purchased this card so that Paxton could be the ace on my staff and now he's off of my active roster for two weeks. I don't expect my roster to personally be fixed, but I hope that you guys can figure out whatever caused this so that it doesn't happen to somebody else. I'm pretty sure I also had a similar problem with my roster while I was in the entry pool (I think it was Ryan Zimmerman randomly getting assigned to my reserves), but had written it off at the time to having accidentally done it myself, even if I didn't remember doing it. |

Yeah this happened to me too. Seemed to always happen around the end of the day for me, but that could just be coincidence.
I think it may be caused by a bug in the code they added this week which makes the AI rearrange your roster for you because it detects that you're doing something funky (such as pitching position players, incomplete starting rotation, etc) http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...d.php?t=296563 |

Same thing happened here: I bought at auction Betancourt, set him up in the bullpen, uploaded, saved, and quit. When I came back to the game, he'd made 3 appearances, and then was deactivated.

Same thing happened to me today as well. And now they are all on the 14 day non-use list.

Same problem. All cards bought (and played) yesterday played till the end of the game month and today are at the reserve roster with 14 days non-use. Great for the pennant chase :-/

Exact same problem for me. Roster adjustments that I made yesterday have reverted back to the previous roster. I now have 4 players that I cannot put back on my roster for 14 days. They were doing good too.
Edit: I noticed this when I logged into a different computer. When I logged into the computer that I had used to make the roster changes, the roster is correct. It must just be because it is between sim days. Last edited by kam08; 12-15-2018 at 06:52 AM. |

Yes, there was an issue with syncing when 2 or more computers were used to play PT... tomorrow's patch will fix this!
