Negro league question

Hi,

Just joined. Have played the game on and off for a few years. I tried to set up a universe with 3 division. AL, NL and Negro league for the 1921 season but was stymied at every turn. Finally I gave up and played 1921 and controlled a Negro League team. But the next season Cristobel Torrente and a few other players disappeared. I'll try again today. Any input would be appreciated.

Have you tried keeping the White and Negro Leagues separate and setting up an association between them? Teams of both races could then compete in the association post-season, which is, I infer, what you want to accomplish.

If you have the color barrier off your missing players might be sold to MLB teams.

Yes. I'll try again. Very difficult to set up anything.

Actually it would be better to have the Negro League players in the majors.
