Promotion Algorithm

What is up with promotions? Now I was way out of contention after a horrible second half of season 1. But was looking at promotions just now, and the team that had the best overall record of all teams in PT and won their championship was not promoted to silver???

It looks like this has happened with quite a few teams that won their league, and had super high winning percentages.

Well tough luck JohnnyTrout and your Malibu Waverunners and your 141-21 season. Here's to you staying bronze and kicking our butts again!

And here's to you dhartman90 and your Montreal Expos with your 51-111 record moving up to Silver.... and all you other sub 40% winning records somehow being moved to silver. NOT sure how your Expos even leapfrogged me, let alone the team who won our league the Memphis Lemons

I still cant believe this, maybe something went wrong. My 68-94 team got promoted and instead of facing 1 stacked team on my division, really stacked i mean, or 3-4 for conference has now to face 4 stacked teams on my division alone.

They're working on it according to the Discord. There was a server based issue.

Yes, we are rerunning promotions now, there was a bug that caused the WS champion not to be promoted.

The top 16 teams of every Bronze level league gets promoted,m so there will be some with a losing record who will get into silver. This number will be reduced once the system is stable and all levels are filled somewhat.

Oh man, I just looked at my division this morning and was so happy to see no whales and what looked like it was going to be a very good competitive division and now you I find you are re-running and might break up my division.
